Christine is a seasoned therapist with over 23 years of experience as an RMT and more than a decade as a Certified Bio-Energetics Practitioner.

She focuses on the connection between the physical and energetic systems to address the root causes of symptoms.

While still accepting massage clients, her practice primarily centers on Bio-Energetics and Energy Codes Breathwork coaching, available in conjunction with treatments from other TruHealth therapists.

As a competitive athlete, Christine understands the physical, mental, and emotional demands of high-performance sports. She brings a sports-minded approach to her coaching, helping clients of all levels achieve a strong, healthy mindset. Because she believes training the mind is just as important as training the body - if not more.

Christine’s goal is to empower clients with practical self-care tools and techniques to support healing, emphasizing the mind-body connection without the “woo-woo.” talk that usually accompanies energy healing.
